How can you be asking for a review of a product I haven’t received yet. It’s Tuesday and not expected to arrive till Friday. It took 5 full work days to get my order out not the “2-3” days and certainly not within the estimate of receiving the website had stated.

You are absolutely correct that the product was delayed. In this case, the item was on backorder, and unfortunately this was not communicated clearly enough at checkout — that is on us, and we are working to improve our messaging so expectations are clearer moving forward.
While we do strive to process orders within 1–2 business days, backordered items do require additional time. Your order shipped as soon as stock was available (June 6th), and it is now in transit.
